We are also accredited with meeting the requirements for ''NSQHS" National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards for Dental Practices in Australia.
Benowa Mansions now has the latest Radiographic technology with the installation of the Carestream 9600 Cone Beam machine. This equipment provides accurate 2 & 3-dimensional radiographic imaging with low radiation dosage. This allows more accurate diagnosis, dental implant assessment, and planning to ensure high quality, safe treatment.

Dr. Neil Latcham

Neil is a “born and bred” Queenslander. He graduated from The University of Queensland with Honours in Dentistry in 1982.
Neil worked as a general dentist in North Queensland for 5 years prior to completing a Masters in Periodontics in 1989. Since 1990, Neil has been a Specialist Periodontist on the Gold Coast.
He is a very competent and experienced dental implant surgeon who is passionate about his chosen profession. Neil regularly lectures and trains his dental colleagues on dental implant and periodontal therapy.
He is the principal of the Benowa Mansionsdental implant and periodontal practice.
Dr. Agnes Poon

Agnes is originally from Hong Kong. She speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin although her first language is English.
Agnes graduated from the University of Queensland with honors in Dentistry. In 2000 Agnes was awarded a Periodontology prize from the Australian Society of Periodontology.
She worked as a general dentist on the Gold Coast prior to completing her Masters in Periodontics in 2005. Her research during her masters’ degree was on the effects of ageing on oral health, with a special interest in the relationship between periodontal disease and women’s health.
Agnes was awarded her fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Australia in the specialty of Periodontics in 2006.
Dr. Georgia Hogg

Dr Georgia Hogg grew up in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. In 2013, Dr Georgia graduated with a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University.
Dr Georgia then began working as a graduate dentist for Queensland Health at the Stafford Dental clinic. Before graduation,
Dr Georgia worked part-time in both specialist and general dental practices as a dental assistant.
Dr Georgia enjoys providing empathetic treatment to a wide range of patients, including children, nervous patients and the elderly.
Dr Justin Guo

Dr Justin Guo graduated from Griffith University Dental School on the Gold Coast. His special interests are dental implant therapy and periodontal disease management.
Dr Guo prides himself as being very caring for his patients, making their experience a positive one and providing long lasting, painless dentistry.
Dr Guo strives to provide empathetic, high quality treatment to a wide range of patients, including nervous or elderly patients.
Dr Guo lived initially in Hangzhou, China for the first 17 years of his life and the last 19 years in Australia, hence Dr Guo speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and
Shanghainese.
Dr. Ooi Yong Yit

Dr Yong Yit Ooi graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2005. He moved up to the Gold Coast and joined the Benowa Mansions team in Benowa in 2018.
Dr Ooi always applies his clinical skills, experience and knowledge towards provision of the highest level quality patient care.
Taking into consideration each patients needs. He likes to explain and make sure his patients understand all options before any dental treatment
